Returns & refunds

Your satisfaction matters. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Accepted cases

• Product damaged or broken on arrival.
• Product different from what you ordered.
• Expired product, or very close to expiry.
• Unopened product still in its original packaging.

Not accepted

• Opened or partially used products, for hygiene reasons.
• Orders received more than 7 days ago.
• No evidence of condition (photos on delivery).

How refunds work

Once a return is approved we arrange collection. You receive a replacement or a refund within 3 to 7 working days, depending on the payment method used.

Order cancellation

You can cancel free of charge as long as the order has not shipped. Message us quickly with your order number.
